About Ryan

Ryan Plunkett is an actor, singer, writer and director based in Philadelphia. Born in Bensalem, PA, Ryan always had a knack for getting lost in his own imagination. His passion for theatre started in his freshman year at Archbishop Ryan Catholic High School, where he found community in the stage crew. He fondly remembers watching the spring musical “Crazy For You” and thinking: “I could do that”. He’s been doing it ever since.

Ryan’s time at DeSales University has broadened his skill set from just acting. He has taken up interests in comedy writing, theatre and film directing. After he receives his B.A. in musical theatre, he will be working in Philadelphia as a multi-hyphenate artist. Will he be working with you?
